תיקון: תשע״ה
שר הפנים, בהתייעצות עם המועצה הארצית, רשאי לקבוע בתקנות, עבודה או שימוש שיהיו באזורים כפריים כפי שיוגדרו באותן התקנות, פטורים מהיתר לפי פרק ה׳; הפטור יכול להיות ללא תנאי או בכפוף לתנאים שייקבעו בתקנות כאמור.
