266ג3. ביצוע עבודה בהתאם להוראות תכנית מתירה
תיקון: תשפ״ב
עבודות להקמת מיתקן שידור לתקשורת בשיטה התאית, החלפתו או הוספת אנטנה למיתקן כאמור, בהתאם להוראות סעיפים 266ג4, 266ג5 או 266ג6, לפי העניין, יבוצעו בהתאם להוראות תכנית מיתאר ארצית לתקשורת שעניינה מיתקני שידור קטנים וזעירים הכוללת הוראות המאפשרות מתן היתר מכוחה למיתקן שידור לתקשורת בשיטה התאית, בלא צורך באישור תכנית נוספת טרם מתן ההיתר או ביצוע העבודה.
