276. ביטול ושינוי תחומי מחוז ושטחי תכנון עיר לפני תחילת החוק
במידה שביטול מחוז או שטח תכנון עיר כאמור בפקודה, או שינוי גבולותיהם, לפני תחילתו של חוק זה, לא פגעו בתקפם של תכניות בנין ערים, תקנות, חוקי עזר וצווים, שהותקנו לפי הפקודה לאותו מחוז או שטח בנין ערים והם נשארו בתקפם באותו תחום, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין, עד לביטולם או שינוים על ידי חוק עזר, תקנה, צו או תכנית בנין ערים מכוח הפקודה – הם יוסיפו לעמוד בתקפם עד שיבוטלו או ישונו מכוח הסמכויות לפי חוק זה.
