תכנית ששר הפנים, או מי שהסמיך לכך, אישר שנערכה כאמור בסעיף 277ד, יראו אותה כתכנית שאושרה לפי פרק ג׳; אולם לא יהא עוד ערר עליה לפי אותו פרק.
