44ג. חבר מוסד תכנון שקיים לגביו ניגוד עניינים תדיר
תיקון: תשע״ד־2, תשע״ה
לא יחל אדם לכהן כחבר מוסד תכנון ולא יכהן כחבר מוסד תכנון אם הוא עלול להימצא, במישרין או בעקיפין, באופן תדיר, במצב של ניגוד עניינים בין חברותו במוסד התכנון לבין עניין אישי או תפקיד אחר, שלו או של קרובו (בפרק זה – ניגוד עניינים תדיר); שר הפנים, בהסכמת שר המשפטים, רשאי לקבוע נסיבות שיש בהן כדי להעמיד חבר מוסד תכנון במצב של ניגוד עניינים תדיר.
