46. שמירת סוד
תיקון: תשע״ד־2
חבר מוסד תכנון, נציג בעל דעה מייעצת, ממלא תפקיד, עובד או יועץ של מוסד תכנון, שהגיע לידיעתו במהלך דיוני המוסד או ועדת משנה שלו דבר שהמוסד או ועדת המשנה החליטו לשמור אותו בסוד – לא יגלנו למי שאינו חייב לגלות לו את הדבר לפי כל דין.
