48ה. תחילת תוקפה של החלטת מוסד תכנון ופרסומה
תיקון: תשע״ד־2
(א)החלטה שקיבל מוסד תכנון תיכנס לתוקפה במועד קבלתה.
(ב)החלטה שקיבל מוסד תכנון תפורסם באתר האינטרנט של מוסד התכנון, בתוך שלושה ימים ממועד קבלתה.
(ג)נקבעו בהחלטה מועדים לשם נקיטת פעולות, יימנו המועדים מיום פרסום ההחלטה לפי סעיף קטן (ב), אלא אם כן קיימת הוראה אחרת לפי חוק זה.
