50. תכנית חלקית
המועצה הארצית רשאית להורות על עריכת תכנית המיתאר הארצית חלקים חלקים לפי שטחים שונים של המדינה או לפי הענינים שהם נושא התכנית, ודין כל חלק כאמור כדין תכנית המיתאר הארצית.
