תיקון: תשס״ח־10, תשע״ה
(א)אישרה הממשלה את התכנית, תודיע על כך ברשומות; התכנית תפורסם בדרך ובמידה שתורה המועצה הארצית.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מהאמור בסעיף קטן (א), תכנית מתאר ארצית תפורסם באתר האינטרנט של משרד הפנים עם אישורה על ידי הממשלה.
