58. הוראות המועצה הארצית
תיקון: תשע״ה
(א)המועצה הארצית רשאית לחייב את הועדה המחוזית לקבוע בתכנית מיתאר מחוזית הוראות שהועדה המחוזית רשאית לקבען בתכנית לפי סימן זה, וכן הוראות בענינים שהמועצה הארצית מוסמכת להם לענין תכנית המיתאר הארצית.
(ב)לא קיימה הועדה המחוזית הוראה מהוראות המועצה הארצית לפי סימן זה, תוך הזמן שקבעה לה, רשאית המועצה הארצית להורות על ביצועה על ידי אדם ששר הפנים ימנה לכך.
