70ו. קביעת הוראות מפורטות לשם מתן היתר
תיקון: תשפ״ב־14
(א)תכנית לעמידות מבנים מפני רעידת אדמה תכלול את כל ההוראות המאפשרות מתן היתר מכוחה בלא צורך באישור תכנית נוספת טרם מתן ההיתר.
(ב)תכנית לעמידות מבנים מפני רעידת אדמה במסלול הריסה ובנייה מחדש ובמסלול חיזוק, יכול שתהיה תכנית לרישוי מהיר כאמור בסעיף 145א1.
