הוראה בתכנית מיתאר מחוזית או מקומית בדבר שמירת מקום קדוש או בדבר בתי קברות תיערך בהתייעצות עם שר הדתות; הוראה כאמור בדבר שמירה על בנינים או אתרים שיש להם חשיבות היסטורית או ארכיאולוגית תיערך בהתייעצות עם שר החינוך והתרבות.
