הודעה על הסכם מאושר כאמור בסעיפים 104 ו־105 תפורסם ברשומות על ידי מנהל הרשות הממשלתית, ותחילת תקפה של ההעברה תהיה בתום 30 יום מיום הפרסום או מיום מאוחר יותר שנקבע בהודעה.
