113. שמיעת טענות לפני קביעת תעריפים
תיקון: תשנ״ג, תשס״ו
(א)לפני שמועצת הרשות הממשלתית תקבע תעריף לדמי מים, תיתן לספקים ולצרכנים שעליהם הוא יחול, הזדמנות להשמיע טענות והצעות בדרך שקבעה בכללים.
(ב)(בוטל).
