12. חיוב בהוצאות
תיקון: תשס״ו
הוצאות שהוציא מנהל הרשות הממשלתית לצורך פעולה לפי סעיף 11 רשאי הוא, בצו, להטיל על מי שהיה חייב בקיום הוראות סעיף 9, ומשעשה כן ייגבו ההוצאות כאילו היו מס, שפקודת המסים (גביה), פרט לסעיף 12 שבה, חלה עליו.
