129. סדרי עבודה
מועצת המים תקבע בעצמה את סדרי העבודה שלה ושל ועדותיה, לרבות המנין החוקי בישיבותיהן, במידה שהדבר לא נקבע בתקנות;
תקנות לפי סעיף זה יותקנו לאחר התייעצות עם מועצת המים.
