142. סמכות אב בית הדין
(א)בהסכמת בעלי הדין רשאי אב בית הדין, כדן יחידי, לשמוע אותם ולתת תוקף של פסק דין להסכם פשרה ביניהם.
(ב)אב בית הדין רשאי, כדן יחידי, לתת צווי ביניים וצווי עיכוב.
