147. תקנות בית הדין
שר המשפטים רשאי להתקין תקנות בדבר סדרי הדין לפני בית הדין, לרבות מועדי העררים, במידה שלא נקבעו בחוק זה, קיום ישיבות בית הדין מחוץ למקום מושבו, הערעורים על החלטותיו והאגרות שמשתלמות בבית הדין, וכן רשאי הוא לקבוע את השכר שישתלם לנציגי הציבור בבית הדין.
