150א. דיווח על הקצאת מים לערכי טבע ונוף
תיקון: תשס״ד־2, תשס״ו
מנהל הרשות הממשלתית ימסור לועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, עד ה־1 במאי של כל שנה, הודעה בדבר כמות המים שהוחלט להקצות במהלך אותה שנה למטרה של ערכי טבע ונוף, לפי סעיף 6(6); חל במהלך השנה שינוי בכמות המים המוקצית למטרה האמורה – ימסור מנהל הרשות הממשלתית הודעה גם על השינוי.
