150ז. סכומים מופחתים
תיקון: תשע״ז
(א)מנהל הרשות הממשלתית אינו רשאי להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהסכומים הקבועים בפרק זה, אלא לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)מועצת הרשות הממשלתית, בהסכמת שר המשפטים ובאישור ועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת, רשאית לקבוע בכללים מקרים, נסיבות ושיקולים שבשלהם יהיה ניתן להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהסכום הקבוע בפרק זה, ובשיעורים שתקבע.
