תיקון: תשע״ז
מפקח לא יעשה שימוש בסמכויות הנתונות לו לפי פרק זה, אלא בעת מילוי תפקידו ובהתקיים שניים אלה:
(1)הוא עונד באופן גלוי תג המזהה אותו ואת תפקידו;
(2)יש בידו תעודה חתומה בידי מנהל הרשות הממשלתית, המעידה על תפקידו ועל סמכויותיו, שאותה יציג על פי דרישה.
