154. מסירת הודעות
תיקון: תשס״ו
מסירת הודעה או מסמך אחר על ידי מועצת הרשות הממשלתית, מנהל הרשות הממשלתית או רשות מים או כל רשות אחרת שהוקמה לפי חוק זה, היא מסירה כדין, אם נשלחו בדואר רשום לאדם שלו נועדו לפי מען מקום מגוריו הרגיל או האחרון או מקום עסקיו הרגיל או האחרון; לא נודע מענו של אותו אדם, תפורסם ההודעה בעתונים יומיים.
