תיקון: תשס״ו, תשע״ז
רישיון יציין את כמות המים שבעל הרשיון רשאי להפיק ולספק בשעה, ביממה, בעונה, בשנה או בכל תקופה אחרת, ופרטים אחרים שקבעה מועצת הרשות הממשלתית בכללים.
