תיקון: תשס״ו
הרואה עצמו נפגע מפעולת מנהל הרשות הממשלתית או מהוראותיו לפי סעיף 42, רשאי לערור לפני בית הדין. אין הערר מעכב את ביצוע הפעולות אלא אם בית הדין הורה כך.
