44יז. ויתור על הזכות למים מוחדרים
תיקון: תשכ״ה, תשס״ו, תשע״ז
ספק, מפיק או צרכן רשאים לוותר על חלקם במים שנוספו על ידי פעולות ההחדרה, תוך 30 יום מאישור תכנית ההחדרה; ויתרו כאמור, רשאי מנהל הרשות הממשלתית להעביר את הזכות למים אלה לספק, מפיק או צרכן אחר, הנמצאים בתחום תכנית ההחדרה, והרישיונות לפי סעיף 23 ורישיונות ההחדרה ישונו בהתאם לכך; מנהל הרשות הממשלתית רשאי להאריך את המועד האמור אם, לדעתו, נסיבות הענין מצדיקות זאת.
