מנהל הרשות הממשלתית ימסור לועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת דין וחשבון על תכניות ההחדרה שאושרו על ידיו ועל פעולות ההחדרה שנעשו, במועדים שתקבע ועדת הכלכלה, ולפחות פעם אחת בשנה, במשך חמש שנים מיום פרסום סימן זה.
