48ב. פעולות בעל רישיון כרשות מים ארצית
תיקון: תשע״ז
ניתנה לרשות המים הארצית הוראה לפי סעיף 48(ב), יוסיפו לחול עליה כל הוראות החוק החלות על רשות מים ארצית בין בתפקידה כמפיק או ספק מים ובין בתפקידה כרשות מים ארצית, ובכלל זה ההוראות לעניין סמכויות מנהל הרשות הממשלתית ומועצת הרשות הממשלתית כלפי ספק מים ורשות המים הארצית, ולמעט הוראות לעניין תשלום לפי סעיף 33א(ב).
