53. תנאי למתן הרשאת ביצוע

הרשאת ביצוע לפי סעיף 52 לא תינתן אלא אם נוכחה מועצת הרשות הממשלתית שהכספים הדרושים לביצוע מפעל המים, לרבות סכומי הפיצויים שיש לשלם לפי פרק זה, נמצאים בידי רשות המים או שיש סיכויים סבירים, לדעתה, שיהיו בידי רשות המים בזמן הדרוש, ורשאית מועצת הרשות הממשלתית להתנות את ההרשאה במתן ערובה להבטחת תשלום הפיצויים האמורים, בצורה ובסכום שתורה.
