84. הגבלות בניה ונטיעה בתחום קו המים ולצדדיו
תיקון: תשס״ו
(א)משני צדדיו של קו המים, במרחק שייקבע בתכנית מפעל, יהיו הקמתם והגדלתם של בנינים ומיתקנים, ונטיעתם של מטעים, טעונות היתר ממנהל הרשות הממשלתית.
(ב)”קו מים“, לענין סימן זה – קו צינורות, תעלה או מיתקן אחר להובלת מים, לויסותם, לאגירתם או למדידתם שהותקנו או שעומדים להיות מותקנים בהתאם לתכנית מפעל שאושרה, ואם עובר המיתקן ברצועת קרקע המיועדת לפי התכנית לתפיסה צמיתה – מלוא הרצועה הזאת.
