91. פיצויים בעין
הפיצויים יינתנו בכסף או על ידי העמדת מקרקעין חלופים לרשות הזכאי או על ידי הקמת מבנים או מיתקנים או על ידי סילוק פגיעות או בדרך סבירה אחרת, הכל במידה שהדבר עשוי לשמש פיצוי מתאים לניזק.
