מקום שיש לשלם פיצויים מכוח הוראות חוק זה על פי פקודת הקרקעות (רכישה לצרכי ציבור), 1943, יבוא, לענין סעיף 20(2)(ב) לאותה פקודה, עשרים וחמישה אחוז למאה משטח החלקה המקורית במקום רבע מכלל שטחו של המגרש שנלקח.
