100. סירוב לתת דגימה
סירב עובד טיס או איש צוות –
(1)לתת דגימת נשיפה, דגימת שתן או דגימת דם לפי דרישת שוטר כאמור בסעיף 98, למעט סירוב מטעמים בריאותיים בנסיבות האמורות בסעיף 99(ה), יראו אותו כמי שעבר עבירה לפי סעיף 142(ג)(2);
(2)לתת דגימת נשיפה או דגימת רוק לפי דרישת מפקח כאמור בסעיף 97(א), יחולו לגביו הוראות סעיף 97(ג)(1), (2) או (3), לפי העניין.
