140. סודיות מידע בטיחותי
תיקון: תשפ״ד־3
(א)אדם שבידו מידע בטיחותי כהגדרתו בסעיף 139(א) ישמרנו בסוד, לא יגלה אותו לאחר ולא יעשה בו כל שימוש, אלא בהתאם להוראות לפי חוק זה או על פי צו בית משפט.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), מנהל הרשות לחקירה בטיחותית רשאי לכלול בדוח הסופי כהגדרתו בסעיף 118 ציטוטים מהקלטה או מתמליל שהם מידע בטיחותי כהגדרתו בסעיף 139(א), אם מצא כי הדבר חיוני להמחשת ממצאי החקירה הבטיחותית או מסקנותיה.
