25. תקנות לעניין תחזוקה קלה
השר רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין ביצוע תחזוקה קלה בכלי טיס, ובכלל זה תנאים לביצוע תחזוקה קלה, לרבות תנאי כשירות לגבי המבצע תחזוקה כאמור וחובות שיחולו עליו.
