58. תנאי כשירות לרישום בפנקס
(א)השר יקבע, בכפוף להוראות סעיף קטן (ב), את תנאי הכשירות לרישום כלי טיס בפנקס הרישום, במטרה להבטיח זיקה מספקת של כלי הטיס למדינת ישראל וכי לא יהיה ברישום משום פגיעה בביטחון המדינה או ביחסי החוץ שלה.

(ב)כלי טיס הרשום במרשם של מדינה זרה אינו כשיר לרישום בפנקס הרישום.
