61. עיון בפנקס הרישום ומסירת מידע ממנו
(א)פנקס הרישום יהיה פתוח לעיון הציבור בהתאם לנהלים שיורה המנהל.
(ב)המנהל רשאי למסור מידע מפנקס הרישום כמפורט להלן:
(1)מידע לגבי כלי טיס מסוים הרשום בפנקס – על פי בקשה מאת מדינה חברה או ארגון התעופה הבין־לאומי;
(2)דוחות לגבי הבעלות והשליטה בכלי טיס הרשומים בפנקס והמופעלים בטיסות בין־לאומיות – על פי בקשה מאת ארגון התעופה הבין־לאומי ובהתאם להנחיותיו.
