70. חובת איוש אנשי צוות מתאימים בכלי הטיס
לא יפעיל אדם כלי טיס אלא אם כן בכלי הטיס אנשי צוות במספר שלא יפחת ממספר שקבע השר ובתפקידים כפי שקבע.
