77. חובת ציות והתנהגות נאותה בכלי טיס
(א)כל אדם בכלי טיס חייב לציית להוראת טייס מפקד או איש צוות מטעמו, שניתנה לפי דיני הטיס, לשם הבטחת בטיחות כלי הטיס, נוסעיו, אנשי הצוות או המטען שבו וביטחונם, או לשם שמירה על הסדר הטוב בכלי הטיס או על המשמעת בו.
(ב)לא יפריע אדם בכלי טיס לאיש צוות במילוי תפקידו, לא ישתתף בתגרה בכלי טיס, לא יתפרע בו ולא יעשה מעשה הפוגע בכלי טיס או בציוד תעופתי שבו.
