19. אגרת רשיון
תיקון: תשכ״ה
בעל רשיון ישלם אגרת רשיון בשיעורים ובמועדים שיקבע השר, ורשאי השר לקבוע אגרות שונות בהתחשב באורך תקופת תקפו של הרשיון, מקום השטח הרשוי ושטחו וגורמים אחרים כיוצא באלה, והכל לאחר התייעצות בועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת.
