24. פיתוח והפקה לפי רשיון
הגיע בעל רשיון לתגלית בשטח הרשוי, חייב הוא, אם אין טעם לסתור חובה זו, להפיק נפט, לקבוע את גבולותיו של שדה הנפט ולפתחו – והכל בשקידה הראויה – כאילו היה בעל חזקה, וחייב הוא לגבי אותן פעולות ולגבי הנפט המופק בכל חובותיו של בעל חזקה; ואין הוראה זו גורעת מחובותיו כבעל רשיון.
