36. קו צינור כמוביל ציבורי
תיקון: תשל״ז, תש״ן
המנהל רשאי, לאחר התיעצות עם המועצה, לחייב בעל קו צינור שנבנה לפי סעיף 35 כי יוביל נפט של אדם פלוני, במידה שאין הצינור דרוש לבעלו להזרמת הנפט שלו ובתנאים מתקבלים על הדעת שיקבע המנהל.
