47. תחולת פקודת בנין ערים, 1936
בעל זכות נפט כפוף בפעולותיו להוראות פקודת בנין ערים, 1936, אלא שהשר, בהתייעצות עם שר הפנים, רשאי להרשות סטיות מאותה פקודה.
