6. איסור חיפוש והפקה ללא הרשאה
(א)לא יחפש אדם נפט אלא על פי היתר מוקדם, על פי רשיון או על פי שטר חזקה.
(ב)לא יפיק אדם נפט אלא על פי רשיון או על פי שטר חזקה.
(ג)לא יהיה תוקף לכל זכות לחיפוש נפט, לחיפורו, לפיתוחו, לכרייתו או להפקתו שניתנה שלא על פי חוק זה, בין שהטענה היא שהזכות נולדה לפני תחילת תקפו של חוק זה ובין שהטענה היא שנולדה לאחר מכן.
