64. רישום בספרי האחוזה
(א)העסקאות שיש לרשמן בפנקס הנפט לפי סעיפים 62 ו־63 אין הוראות פקודת העברת קרקעות, חלות עליהן.
(ב)המנהל ישלח למשרד ספרי האחוזה המתאים העתק מכל מסמך שיש לרשמו בפנקס הנפט בצירוף העתק מכל מפה ותרשים הדרושים לזיהוי הקרקע הנזכרה באותו מסמך.
