71. בזבוז או סיכון חמורים
הגורם או המרשה בזבוז או סיכון הגורמים או העשויים לגרום נזק חמור, דינו – מאסר עד שלושה חדשים, או קנס עד מאה לירות לכל יום שבו נמשך הבזבוז או הסיכון.
