תיקון: תשל״ז, תש״ן
השר הממונה על ביצוע חוק זה רשאי, לאחר התיעצות עם המועצה, להתקין תקנות בכל ענין הנוגע לביצועו, לרבות תקנות לשימור אוצרות הנפט וניצולם, ולבטיחות עובדים במפעלי נפט.
