19. סדרי דין
תיקון: תשע״ג
(א)בכל עניין של סדר דין בבקשה לאישור או בתובענה ייצוגית, יחולו תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, בשינויים המחויבים, והכל אם אין בחוק או בתקנות אלה הוראה אחרת לעניין הנדון.
(ב)על אף האמור בכל דין, על תובענה ייצוגית לפני בית המשפט לעניינים מינהליים לא יחולו תקנות בתי משפט לעניינים מינהליים (סדרי דין), התשס״א–2000.
