5. אישור תובענה ייצוגית
תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)אישר בית המשפט את התובענה כתובענה ייצוגית, יראו את נוסח התובענה שצורף לבקשה לאישור ככתב תביעה ויראו את המבקש כתובע; הנתבע יגיש כתב הגנה בתוך 45 ימים מיום המצאת ההחלטה או בתוך מועד אחר שקבע בית המשפט.
(ב)על הליכים לפי תקנות אלה, לא יחול פרק ד׳ לתקנות סדר הדין.
