27. איסור הטמנת פסולת אריזות
(א)החל ביום ד׳ בטבת התש״פ (1 בינואר 2020), לא יטמין אדם פסולת אריזות, לרבות במקום המשמש לפינוי ולסילוק של פסולת.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), רשאי המנהל, באישור השר, לאשר, בכתב, הטמנת פסולת אריזות במקום מסוים, אם נוכח, במקרים מסוימים, כי אין חלופות מיחזור או השבה סבירות; אישור כאמור יינתן לתקופה שלא תעלה על שנה.
