15א. סכומים מופחתים
תיקון: תש״ע
(א)הממונה אינו רשאי להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהסכומים הקבועים בסימן זה, אלא לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)השר, בהסכמת שר המשפטים, רשאי לקבוע מקרים, נסיבות ושיקולים שבשלהם יהיה ניתן להפחית את סכום העיצום הכספי הקבוע בחוק זה, בשיעורים שיקבע.
